Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Dekom Digital Media Concept ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access our services.

Dekom Digital Media Concept provides digital media services including but not limited to:

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include:

Intellectual Property

Payment Terms

For paid services, the following payment terms apply:

• Payment is due according to the agreed schedule
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for all taxes and fees

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to:

• Perform maintenance and updates
• Modify or discontinue services with notice
• Suspend services for policy violations
• Limit resource usage to ensure fair access

Privacy and Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dekom Digital Media Concept shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dekom Digital Media Concept from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
